Q: A buddy of mine in Colorado Springs shared a photo given to him by his photographer friend who was in the garage of the Dallas police station when Jack Ruby shot Lee Harvey Oswald. This was the only image from the photographer’s roll. He took the money shot, then his flash took too long to recycle. Now my friend wonders if there’s a value to this photo.
