Mavrakos Candies Box

Q: My father gave this wooden Mavrakos Candies box to my mother in the 1940s. It has a hinged lid with carved roses and leaves on the top and measures 11 by 7 by 2 1/2 inches. I’ve never seen anything like it and am curious if it’s worth anything.
