Q: I was visiting the Toledo Public Library. They had a book on display with a vase on its cover that looked like one of the many vases that belonged to my mother. It’s beige with an allover pattern. It’s 9 inches tall and close to 4 inches wide. The vase is signed by the artist Rozane Fudji. Can you tell me when it was made and if it is valuable?
