Staffordshire Ironstone Creamer

Q: A neighbor gave me an Ironstone Staffordshire pitcher from England that has a stunning blue rose print. It’s about 6 inches high. A very large mark with “Victoria” and “Ironstone, Staffordshire, England” on the bottom. I’m not even close to knowing anything about this and just want an idea of what it’s worth.
