Looks like those that were in airports 1960`s or thereabout !! Used to be rows of phones in airports in several places in the terminal !! But were not easy to see especially of the airport was crowded !! These or similar signs hung above so you could see where the phones were even if you were a good distance away !! Don`t remember a black & white sign I remember the blue and gold ones !!
