Well,, Its a common style for the late 50`s or 60`s !! But its the first one I have seen as a childs set !! If it follows the style of the adults it would be hard rock maple under the paint but don`t bet on it !! It looks pretty well made !! Is the underside also painted Can you take some closer pics ??

Saw this I have one very similar was mine when I was a child ( I am now 53) mine has 4 chairs and a veneered top. Was purchased at a sale where proceeds went to an orphanage was new and also donation from maker would love to know more!
