This large, thick glass jar was in my late grandparent’s country store for as long as I remember. It’s approx. 11″ wide and 10″ tall. The neck appears to be handfinished as the side seams end halfway up the neck. It also has numerous bubbles in the glass. The front has “Eger’s” in raised script. My grandparents had chocolate candy in it that they sold by the pound, however I’m not sure if Eger’s was the candy company or if it was a jar my grandparents just used for the candy. There is supposed to be a lid, however it didn’t have one when I got it. I have been unable to find any info on this jar or on “Eger’s”. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
