I have two identical bottles found at different times that i have found very little information on.

They have a USP monogram on the front.(they overlap so it could be different configuration) The color is teal and they are 9″ tall.

One still has the original label, but it is in poor shape and most of it is in German. The company that made the product looks as though it was “….Tarrant and Co. established 1834. New York is listed on the label with a distribution date of 1889.

I found only one guide book that listed this with a picture and said it was $200.00 to 400.00 and extremely rare. I don’t believe that since i have two of them.

I could not find this specifically in the Kovels price guide which I revere as the true guide to pricing bottles. Can anyone add to how common these are and a suggested price for them. I am not really interested in selling these, i just like to know the history behind the bottles i have. Any info that can be added would be greatly appreciated.I do have some photos, but this I am not to handy with trying to get them on here. I can however send them to a specific e-mail adress if anyone would like to take a look.
