What, Where, Who and when are these made? they have engraved T or L on the base.

you think i got other sets with this kind of mark but totaly different type. for example they are cut crystal have same sloppy mark. but even so i want to know where they are from.

No reasonable maker or glass company would have made such a sloppy mark !! Looks like an error when made !!
