My mother recently passed away and in going through her things, I came across a peach or marigold opalescent Carnival glass bowl with no markings or design from what I can tell. However, it does have two random looking lines on the bottom center of it. I do not know if it is just a defect in the glass or if it means something else. My mother was an only child and her mother was an only child whose mother came to the US from Bohemia when my grandmother was only 2 years old. I have came across other items that are from Bohemia dating in the 1930’s. How can I find out when and where this bowl is from? Please help me

Thats right !! Many mfrs did nit mark the irridescent glass because it was basically an inexpensive item !! Thats why it was used at carnivals and in my case,, the state fair !!
Except for a few of the rare items its pretty inexpensive today !! Rare colors and patterns are the exception !!
