I have about 10 different acrylic medallions I guess you would call them, one from Mickey’s birthday land and a castle one and a bunch of different birthday celebrations from the 20th birthday on. Not sure where to look to get them appraised or even how much they’re worth. Any help to send me in the right direction would be great!
For items like these that were not commercially produced for sale you need to consult a good auction house !! If you are looking to sell these that is what I suggest !! There are many that you can access online !! Christi`s has a free evaluation I think !! Check with Heritage in Texas and two or three others !! Never hurts to get more than one opinion !! Just make sure its a reputable auction !!
Also check any charges you will have to pay if you sell through them !!
I’ve looked everywhere for similar pieces. The one I have is being sold for $2000 and the others I can not find. My grandfather worked at Disney from when it opened until he retired and recieved alot of memorabilia from the park directly. All of these signs there were less than 10 made and were only displayed during construction times or when that area was just being opened. They are atleast 2 ft by 2 ft. I have attached a screen shot that I found.
