Anyone have any info on this book? It was previously appraised (I don’t know by whom), onion skin paper placed between pages. The person who had it appraised would not tell the value, and did not want to give it back. (Long story) I have searched and cannot find another like it. Any direction would be appreciated. I have looked on Abes Books.
Thanks for your help as always. The long story? Well as everything else I post on here asking questions about…this belonged to my mom who passed away 3 yrs ago. My stepdad’s adult son took the book and had it appraised, and then he did not want to return it. He never would tell anyone what it was valued at, or where he took it. Such a nice guy.:(
