I have a nursery rhyme hanging wall plate, round, measures 21cm diameter and is not fine china, depicts Tom, Tom the Piper’s son with a pig in his arms. The mark on the back is very hard to read but looks like ‘churcher’ and it is impossible to read the writing under that word (there would be no point in including a pic of the back, I can do so of the front if it is required). I wondered what era it is, who made it and whether perhaps it is part of a collector’s series. It is not a child’s eatng plate. It has a raised edge on the back to allow it to sit firm against a wall and has a crude piece of wire through a hole, to allow it to be hung. Many thanks.
