What do you mean by the last word,, Iroe ?? I would not estimate 19th century !! Could be Japanese, English, French or Chinese or another country !! All of which made pottery in the Imari style !!

The porcelain decoration in over glaze colors iroe is wat the Japanese
Took from Chinese potters in the 17th century . My believe they are Export
vases from Japan in imari floral decoration Ca 1860 – 1880.
And In my view, they were almost certainly made for export, the quality is
good (without being excellent) and they have many characteristics typical
of Meiji-era Imari export ware.

Ps:I think they are Arita Imari with Hana Kago center decor.

Also possible Iroe Hanakarakusa Noshi-mon 1880-1890 or

Iroe Tojin-mon Kozara 1868-1890
