Well,,, the tiny hole in the bottom says its likely a 20th century piece !! Figurines are not my area of interest but the site above is excellent !! I am sure they can help you if anyone can !! My feeling is that it may be a Chinese mark,, but it would be just a guess !! They have a forum you can post pics on and the owner answers as well !!
