Always pay careful attention to the bottom of anything old that has sat around a while !! It should show dirt,stains and wear consistent with that use !! This one does not !!

May be South American or even from Mexico,, not native North American !! There is nothing there to even guess who may have made it !! Everything is generic and says nothing about the people who made it !! Generally when you find things like this they are made for the tourist trade !! Made to look old but could have been made yesterday !!
