I recently acquired a Royal Doulton pitcher that I was able to date to around 1907 because of the backstamp and hand-numbered D2810 on the bottom. I am not able to find out anything about it on the web and I’m wondering if anyone can help me determine an approx. value of it. It’s about 7 1/2 inches tall and features large sailing ships with a large portrait of someone whom I believe is one of the great explorers. I thought it looked like Henry Hudson, but I still can’t find anything like it to confirm that guess. I have other pictures of the pitcher if anyone feels that they can help me with it. Thanks.
