Had a link for reference but will have to look it up again !! This artist was an illustrator and did many calendars !! If you just google his name you can find quite a bit of info !!
What is on the back is Administration of Factory and Patricios is possibly the title of the print !! There was an incident with Patricians in Argentina in the 19th century He did title most of his work !! Most all of his work that I saw were small in size but often these tiny prints are done and sold at gallery shows !! So that is a possibility due to the extremely small size !! I would take it to a good gallery and ask about the value !! I have no idea how South American artists sell here in the U.S.or wherever you may be !!
