I just obtained this magazine ad that I believe is from an old Collier’s magazine. There are no indicators although the lot I purchased it with contained two other Parrish magazine pieces. The character is very reminiscent of another Colgate’s ad Parrish did, though I can’t find this particular one and there is no signature or initials, only the word “seaman” typeset at the bottom.
