Hi looking for any info on these old goblets they were found in a house clearance sale id love to know how old they are and what they are il put up better pics the small ones are engraved the taller ones are not . There is no stamps small ones 5″ large 7″ small 140grams large 260grams if it helps anyone thanks

Hi yes it seems like laquered or veneer finish but where there is a scratch its bright red wood underneath soft looking il get a pic up ! Thanks

Most likely just mahogany !! Also red !! Fine straight grain is a less expensive cut !! Much was used in ships ballast in years past !!
