Hi looking for any info on these old goblets they were found in a house clearance sale id love to know how old they are and what they are il put up better pics the small ones are engraved the taller ones are not . There is no stamps small ones 5″ large 7″ small 140grams large 260grams if it helps anyone thanks

So i soaked them tried a soft brush they seem brass and small ones are silver but no stamps . I did find as if burnt on symbols . 1 is a cross the other looks like a heart any ideas on age

Yes sorry its the hill of allen in kildare ireland its quite a historical place my friends kid dug them up so no idea how long they are there

Hi ok am trying to clean them up and will post better pics but doesnt seem to be a hallmark or 925 possibly unstamped silver or maybe metal with silver plating ? Will put up better pics they seem really old and were found buried in the hill of allen in kildare so id love to exact date or identify . Will clean up and post pics .. thanks !!

The brass doesn`t go by weight !! The smaller glasses only do if they are marked as sterling silver,,silver plate does not go by weight because the plating is so thin !! Look on the bottom of them and see what the hallmarks are !! Or look for a 925 purity number !!
