I think these were in my grandmother’s estate, my mom gave them to me. The fork has a time that is slightly sharp on the side and the other implement has a hook opposite the flat scraper type thing. The only mark I can find is on the shank of the handles it says “GERMANY”. I believe it’s silver plate with mother-of-pearl. A set of 6 each. Any ideas what they are? Thanks!
