Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure out what these are, or belonged to. The bottoms are not alike. They seem to be cut off of something maybe a flag pole, or fence post? There heavy for a small piece they measure about 5″x5″ I have two of them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to identify a set of 12 8.5 inch pewter plates. Fronts appear to be turned and polished, backs hammered. Markings [file] include an eagle, O over M, BTON, and MAR over TINEZ (Martinez)? Also on the edge is a sideways diamond with “s” at each end and part of “s”: at top and bottom. They were found in tarnish proof sleeves (11) with a tag “Robert Ensko Inc Silversmiths New York and were in a box with a sterling and ivory handled ladle (pat 1897) and several pieces of mid-1800’s English silver plate. I realize they could have been placed in the sleeves at any time. Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to be some kind of Turkey Carving Fork. May have had come in a set with a matching knife. If it is not marked silver I have have to assume it not. Plated maybe? I would say it’s a $20.00 piece.

I inherited this joint fork from my grandmother. There are no marks anywhere on the fork nor can I find any info on the pattern. The fork is very heavy but still not sure if it’s sterling or silverplate. Any ideas?
