I came across a old uncle sam’s penny bank. It is the rolled steel not tin bank. the black paint is ruff but still works and has all its emblems. I attatched a picture. I think it is the 1906 one but can’t find one for sale anywhere to compare it to.
yes, but I think it is a 1922 and everything works lever, bell, dials, and draw flap.
