This lamp was given to me by my mother-in-law.  I am not sure how to describe it...it looks to be porcelain with painting that is raised on surface and it sits in a brass holder and also has ornamental...

My Mother-in-law told me this was very old and valuable. Took photo of the back of server but cannot upload it for some reason.

Not sure what the metal is. It is heavy.  All silverplate mainly off the front.  Front of server There is a mark on the back - triangle with W in it that looks like a pitchfork.  I could not find another...
