Here is a picture of the bottom. It looks very old to me. It is more ofa sotneware type creamic as compared to a fine white porcelan.
The area of the decoration is very slightly raised above the plain part towards the bottom of the vase or jug.There is a noticeable ridge where the decorated part starts, maybe a 1/32".
