I think it was glazed as there are still some shiny parts on the base. But it does feel gritty as if it has all been rubbed off.

The Volkstadt was a arrow and a v(blue) Whereas this is a skwiggle line(blue also). I found it online that it is a Conta Boehme.

It has a crown symbol. Under the crown is 3 letters I can only make out "M" is the first letter. Then the second letter could be "Z" I cannot make out the last letter. Then it says "Dresden" and Germany
