Hi Carolyn Thanks Found the mark as a Derby mark 1825-1848 very similar to the serves mark, only thing now is to find the letter marking in the center so i can date it accuratly but not sure where to look...
yep found it, still it was also cheap and worth the money to find out about the mark,anyway like they say for every real one there are probably 10 fakes. Thanks for the info Tony
Looking on the marks section i found a mark MD which Kovels say its Mennecy, France, but i always believed it was DV, can anyone clarify the mark MD is mennecy. Regards
