Hello all,
I am a conservation technician and have come across a fun little project for a family member of mine. I am having trouble identifying this table. The only makers mark or stamp that I have come across is the number 939 on the base of the piece. The overall the piece is in pretty rough shape so if there is any idea on the make, time period, and value that would help to determine how extensive I want to go with the restoration.
Nice little table ! From the leg style I would say the table was made somewhere around 1880 to 1910 !! This style table has been made in many variations until about 1940 ! The numbers on the table say that it was a manufactured piece ,, the number is the mfrs style number ! value in my estimation,, due to the unique top would be from $300 to about $500 in todays market !! Possibly less depending on your location !
