FRom the form I would say this is a fruit bowl !! Riedel is a quality glass maker and produced some pieces for Tiffany !! Their main product is barware and wine glasses !! I did not find a listing for their older patterns or how to determine age !! I will say that this bowl would run around $125. on the secondary market !! Most of their bowls were made in three sizes,,your bowl would be the larger size !!
You might email the company and ask when it was made if its important to know !! When made will not affect value unless it was in production twice over the years !! The pattern is whats important and that is another question you can ask !!
