I found one on ebay identical to yours and another that I am sure was by the same maker,,had many of the same elements as yours but no name on them either !!

I am attaching another photo. I did not how to search so I just put in blue opalescent bowl. I tried circles with squares in them, butterflies, beaded circles. Hope this helps.
