China as a whole has really been down lately !! If your intent is to re-sell good thing you didn`t buy !! Only the best is really worth investing in !! And even then the value can drop tomorrow !! When you find something,,always check Ebay Sold prices to see what people are actually paying,, start prices are pretty ridiculous on most things !!

HEllo Martha. Thank you for the link. Those are not mine those are 7″ plates and the ones I was looking at were 8″. The set I had had 12 plates, and 9 different likenesses. They dont seem to fetch a lot of money so I passed on the lot. thanks.
Hello Martha: Yes i agree with your comments. Which brings up the question: what china/porcelain do you think has the best value? to hold its value lets say. What I am seeing is Lladro still be being bid up at auctions. What do you think?
BTW my Staffordshire collection that I picked up is finally starting to sell.I think I posted the one of Napoleon, from mid 19th century. I got $225 for it which I was hoping for more but was satisfied nonetheless.
