LouLav,, Yes the cracks and overall condition of this wash bowl and pitcher would greatly reduce any value !! In excellent condition and by a quality maker value at best would be $85. to $125. USD !! With most less than that !!

Here are the recent ebay sold items !! And as Friedrich said when you have two stamps on one item and one clearly on top of the other,, you can bet that the producer did not decorate the item !! Many times these un-decorated sets were sold prior to the artwork being added and as such,, the producer TST is not a factor in any value it may have or not !!
I do find the names interesting,,Its possible the Elizabeth Davis? may be the decorator since her name is hand written in gold paint !! The other Wm. Heath,, may be of the UK family of solicitors !! Would be interesting to check !!
